Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "550pub," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 550pub online gaming platform accessible at 550pub.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the 550pub website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and functionalities made available to registered users.
• "Player," "User," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any part of the 550pub Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the 550pub Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's 550pub Account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Game" refers to any wagering activity available on the 550pub Platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, and arcade fishing games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 550pub to eligible Players.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required for identity confirmation under applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency used for all financial transactions on the 550pub Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 550pub Platform, registering an Account, or using any Service provided on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 550pub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

550pub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity creating an account for organizational use;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are not accessing the Platform as an agent of or on behalf of any third party for the purpose of circumventing these restrictions;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 550pub or its affiliated game providers, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

550pub reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any Account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds within the Account will be forfeited pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on the 550pub Platform, you must register an Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 550pub Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or financial details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must maintain the accuracy of your Account information at all times. 550pub is not responsible for Account access issues arising from outdated or incorrect registered details.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 550pub immediately via live chat support upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. 550pub will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Transferability

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise make available your Account or any Account balance to any third party. Any attempt to do so renders the Account subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection requirements, all 550pub Players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before withdrawal functionality is activated on their Account.

KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:

• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• SSS ID
• PhilHealth Identification Card
• Philippine Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• Voter's ID (with photo)
• PRC ID (Professional Regulation Commission)

550pub may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, including but not limited to proof of address or source of funds documentation, for Accounts conducting transactions above certain thresholds consistent with PAGCOR guidelines.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

All personal data collected during KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

6. Deposits

All deposits to the 550pub Wallet are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

550pub currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and current availability is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Cashier. These limits are subject to change at 550pub's discretion.

6.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) Philippine banking business day to reflect in your Account balance, subject to the processing schedules of the originating financial institution.

6.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment accounts registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their 550pub Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

7.1 KYC Requirement

Withdrawal functionality is available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Pending KYC completion, withdrawal requests will be held and not processed until verification is confirmed.

7.2 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes, available around the clock. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine financial institutions are processed within standard Philippine banking hours and typically settle within the same business day for requests submitted before the relevant bank's cut-off time.

7.3 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your verified 550pub Account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. 550pub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in nature or amount.

7.4 Fees

550pub does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal transactions. Players should be aware that their own financial institutions or payment providers may apply processing charges in accordance with their own fee schedules — 550pub has no control over and is not responsible for such charges.

7.5 Bonus-Related Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds credited to your Wallet as a Bonus are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

550pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are only available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer;
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, minimum odds, time limitation, and other specific conditions disclosed in the bonus terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the offer terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and may not be traded, sold, or otherwise exchanged;
• 550pub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, or to void any wagers placed using bonus funds, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting the bonus system in bad faith or in violation of these Terms;
• 550pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional program at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players;
• In the event of any dispute concerning bonus terms, the decision of 550pub shall be final and binding.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

All Games available on the 550pub Platform are operated in accordance with individual game rules made available within each game's information panel. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

550pub partners exclusively with game providers that use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Certification is conducted by recognized third-party testing laboratories. All RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on the Platform are verified audited figures.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a Game session, 550pub reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the applicable stake amounts to the Player's Wallet. 550pub is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of a system error or malfunction.

Where a discrepancy arises between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on 550pub's server, the server record shall be the authoritative and final record for all purposes.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 550pub Platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and/or forfeiture of Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any Game, software, or system on the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted under these Terms;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that constitutes a violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts other Players' use of the Platform or damages the reputation of 550pub.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

550pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or any relevant Philippine government authority;
• Determination that the Player is located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited;
• A self-exclusion request made by the Player under our Responsible Gaming program.

Upon Account termination for cause, 550pub may forfeit any Account balance where permitted by applicable law and regulation. Where termination is made for operational or administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 550pub Platform — including but not limited to the 550pub name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 550pub or its licensed game providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 550pub.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 550pub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized Account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any inaccuracy in game results attributable to Player device display issues rather than server-side errors;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 550pub's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, stored, processed, and protected in accordance with 550pub's Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Responsible Gaming

550pub provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits — configurable caps on net losses over specified time periods;
• Session Time Limits — automatic session expiry after a Player-defined period of activity;

• Self-Exclusion — voluntary Account restriction for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinite, during which time the Account cannot be reactivated by the Player.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 550pub Platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction.

Matters arising from or related to PAGCOR licensing or regulatory compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
